Main Ingredients
- 12 large mushrooms stems removed
- 1 cup crab meat cooked and shredded
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon green onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon parsley chopped
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, Creole seasoning, garlic, green onions, and parsley.
Stuff each mushroom cap with the crab mixture and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and stuffing is golden brown.
Serve warm.
