Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms stems removed
  • 1 cup crab meat cooked and shredded
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon green onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, Creole seasoning, garlic, green onions, and parsley.
  3. Stuff each mushroom cap with the crab mixture and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and stuffing is golden brown.
  5. Serve warm.
