- 8 oz Pasta any type
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 8 oz Imitation Crab flaked
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
3. Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
4. Add the imitation crab and cooked pasta to the pan. Toss to coat everything in the creamy sauce.
5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
