Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Chopped carrots
  • 1 cup Chopped celery
  • 1 cup Chopped onions
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onions, carrots, and celery. Cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the flour and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Gradually whisk in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Add the shredded chicken, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
