Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Chopped carrots
- 1 cup Chopped celery
- 1 cup Chopped onions
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onions, carrots, and celery. Cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Stir in the flour and cook for another 2 minutes.
4. Gradually whisk in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
6. Add the shredded chicken, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
