Ingredients

  • 1 lb crawfish tails peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1 cup bell pepper chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 cups cornbread crumbled
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoon butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, sauté the onion, celery, bell pepper, and garlic in butter until tender.
  3. Add the crawfish tails and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the crawfish mixture, crumbled cornbread, chicken broth, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
