- 1 lb crawfish tails peeled and deveined
- 1 cup onion chopped
- 1 cup celery chopped
- 1 cup bell pepper chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 4 cups cornbread crumbled
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoon butter melted
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, sauté the onion, celery, bell pepper, and garlic in butter until tender.
Add the crawfish tails and cook for another 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the crawfish mixture, crumbled cornbread, chicken broth, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
