- 1 cup crabmeat cooked and flaked
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cup milk whole
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 tablespoon butter melted
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, melted butter, salt, and pepper.
Stir in the crabmeat and shredded cheddar cheese.
Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
