  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the flour and stir continuously for 1-2 minutes.
  3. 3. Gradually add the chicken broth, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
  4. 4. Add the milk, crabmeat, and corn. Stir well.
  5. 5. Season with salt and black pepper. Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
