Crab Swiss Bites Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Crab meat cooked and shredded
- 1 cup Swiss cheese shredded
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 12 pieces Mini phyllo shells
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, Swiss cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Spoon the mixture into the mini phyllo shells, filling each one generously.
Place the filled shells on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
