Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Mushrooms stems removed
  • 1 cup Crab meat cooked and shredded
  • ¼ cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Stuff each mushroom cap with the crab mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of each stuffed mushroom.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
