Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Lobster Tails
  • 1 cup Crab Meat cooked and shredded
  • ¼ cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Butter melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise and pull the meat out, leaving it attached at the base.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, and parsley.
  4. Stuff the lobster tails with the crab mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Brush the stuffed lobster tails with melted butter.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until the lobster is cooked through and the stuffing is golden brown.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
