Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Haddock
  • 1 cup Crab Meat cooked and shredded
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 0.25 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place haddock fillets in a baking dish. Spoon the crab mixture onto each fillet, pressing lightly to adhere.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with a side of your choice.
