Crab Stuffed Haddock

- 4 fillets Haddock
- 1 cup Crab Meat cooked and shredded
- 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs
- 0.25 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Place haddock fillets in a baking dish. Spoon the crab mixture onto each fillet, pressing lightly to adhere.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
Serve hot with a side of your choice.
