- 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 cup Crab meat cooked, flaked
- ½ cup Bread crumbs
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper freshly ground
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the crab mixture.
Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
