Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Crab Meat fresh or canned
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in the crab meat and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. 5. Reduce the heat and stir in the heavy cream. Cook for another 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. 6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
