Main Ingredients
- 200 g Crab meat fresh or canned
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 slices Bread toasted
- 1 tablespoon Butter for toasting bread
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black pepper to taste
1. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard. Mix well.
2. Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to taste.
3. Butter the bread slices and toast them in a frying pan until golden brown.
4. Spread the crab mixture evenly on one slice of toasted bread and top with the other slice.
5. Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
