Main Ingredients
- 8 oz Cream cheese softened
- 4 oz Crab meat drained and flaked
- 2 tablespoon Green onions chopped
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 20 pieces Wonton wrappers
- 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, and garlic powder.
Place a teaspoon of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
Fold the wrappers and seal the edges with water.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry the wontons until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
