Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Crab meat cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 package Egg roll wrappers
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
  2. Place a spoonful of the mixture onto an egg roll wrapper. Roll tightly and seal the edges with water.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the rolls until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
