Crab Rangoon Mozzarella Sticks

- 8 oz Cream cheese softened
- 1 cup Crab meat cooked and chopped
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 package Egg roll wrappers
- 2 cups Vegetable oil for frying
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
Place a spoonful of the mixture onto an egg roll wrapper. Roll tightly and seal the edges with water.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry the rolls until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
