- 8 oz Cream cheese softened
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 oz Crab meat drained and flaked
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 2 tablespoon Green onions chopped
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese. Mix until smooth.
Fold in crab meat, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm with crackers or chips.
