Ingredients

  • 1 cup Crab meat fresh or canned
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese cheddar or Swiss
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 3 Eggs beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 Pie crust pre-made or homemade

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the beaten eggs, milk, melted butter, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well mixed.
  3. Spread the crab meat and shredded cheese evenly over the pie crust.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the crab and cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
  6. Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
