Ingredients

  • 1 cup Crab meat fresh or canned
  • 1 cup Cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon Chives chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 package Puff pastry sheets thawed

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, chives, and garlic powder.
  3. Roll out puff pastry sheets and cut into squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the crab mixture in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and seal the edges.
  6. Place the puffs on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
