- 1 package puff pastry sheets thawed
- 1 cup crab meat cooked and flaked
- ½ cup cream cheese softened
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 egg egg wash beaten with 1 tablespoon water
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, and parsley.
Roll out puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface.
Spread the crab mixture evenly over the puff pastry sheets.
Roll up the pastry sheets tightly and slice into ½-inch pinwheels.
Place the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the tops with egg wash.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving.
