  • 1 package puff pastry sheets thawed
  • 1 cup crab meat cooked and flaked
  • ½ cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 egg egg wash beaten with 1 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, and parsley.
  3. Roll out puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface.
  4. Spread the crab mixture evenly over the puff pastry sheets.
  5. Roll up the pastry sheets tightly and slice into ½-inch pinwheels.
  6. Place the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with egg wash.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
