- 1 lb crab meat fresh or canned
- 4 cups romaine lettuce chopped
- 2 units hard-boiled eggs sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 unit avocado sliced
- ½ cup cucumber sliced
- ¼ cup green onions chopped
- ½ cup thousand island dressing
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and green onions.
2. Gently fold in the crab meat, hard-boiled eggs, and avocado slices.
3. Drizzle the thousand island dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
