Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 400 g Linguine
  • 200 g Crab meat fresh or canned
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 lemon Lemon zest grated
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black pepper to taste
  • 1 handful Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the linguine in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook until they start to soften.
  4. 4. Stir in the crab meat, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the cooked linguine to the pan and toss to combine. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
