- 2 lbs Crab Legs
- ½ cup Butter unsalted
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 2 tablespoon Parsley chopped
1. Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Add crab legs and cook for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
2. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Stir in lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat.
4. Drain crab legs and transfer to a serving platter. Pour garlic butter sauce over the crab legs.
5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
