Ingredients

  • 1 cup Crab meat fresh or canned
  • ½ cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 large Egg beaten
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, flour, and baking powder.
  2. Add the beaten egg, milk, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Remove fritters from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
