Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, flour, and baking powder.
Add the beaten egg, milk, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove fritters from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
