Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
  • 1 cup Crab meat fresh or canned
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 pcs Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables carrots, peas, corn
  • 2 pcs Green onions chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Push the garlic to one side and pour in the beaten eggs. Scramble until just set.
  4. Add the cooked rice and mixed vegetables. Stir-fry for a few minutes.
  5. Add the crab meat and soy sauce. Mix well and cook until heated through.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
