Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, shredded cabbage, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic powder.
2. Place a spoonful of the mixture onto each egg roll wrapper and roll them up, sealing the edges with water.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
