Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Grouper about 6 oz each
  • 1 cup Lump Crab Meat
  • ½ cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, panko breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice, and parsley. Mix well.
  3. Season the grouper fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
  4. Place the grouper fillets on a baking sheet. Spread the crab mixture evenly over the top of each fillet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
  6. Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
