Ingredients

  • 1 cup Crab Meat fresh or canned
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Chives chopped
  • 4 pieces Croissants store-bought or homemade

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, and chopped chives. Mix well.
  3. Slice the croissants in half and fill them with the crab mixture.
  4. Place the filled croissants on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the croissants are golden and the filling is heated through.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!
