Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Crab meat
  • 1 lb Clams cleaned and chopped
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 cups Fish stock
  • 1 cup White wine
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until softened.
  2. 2. Add the crab meat and clams to the pot, and cook for about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Pour in the white wine, fish stock, and heavy cream. Stir well to combine.
  4. 4. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
  5. 5. Reduce the heat to low and let it cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. 6. Use a blender to puree the bisque until smooth. Return to the pot and heat through before serving.
