Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Crab Meat fresh or canned
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 cups Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Add the diced potatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  4. 4. Stir in the crab meat and heavy cream. Cook until heated through.
  5. 5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
