- 1 lb Crab meat fresh or canned
- ½ cup Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 Red onion finely chopped
- 1 Jalapeño seeded and finely chopped
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- 1 Avocado diced
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, lime juice, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
Gently fold in the diced avocado.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
Serve chilled with tortilla chips or on a bed of lettuce.
