  • 1 lb Crab meat fresh or canned
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
