Ingredients 

Crab Cakes

  • 1 lb crab meat
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon hot sauce
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil for frying

Remoulade Sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon capers, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix crab meat, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, breadcrumbs, green onions, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form mixture into patties.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook patties until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  5. For remoulade, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, capers, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  6. Serve crab cakes with remoulade sauce.
