  • 1 lb Crab Meat fresh or canned
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoon Butter for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, mustard, beaten egg, and Old Bay seasoning.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
