Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Crab meat cooked and picked over
- 6 Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon Butter melted
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Add the crab meat, cheddar cheese, and bread crumbs to the egg mixture. Stir until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Drizzle the melted butter over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
