Crab and Swiss Quiche

- 1 cup crab meat cooked and flaked
- 1 cup Swiss cheese shredded
- 1 pie crust pre-baked
- 4 eggs beaten
- 1 cup half-and-half
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg ground
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, half-and-half, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Whisk until well blended.
Spread the crab meat and Swiss cheese evenly in the pre-baked pie crust.
Pour the egg mixture over the crab and cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
