Crab and Swiss Omelet

- 4 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ cup cooked crab meat
- ¼ cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- to taste salt and pepper
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
Heat the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook until the edges start to set.
Sprinkle the crab meat and Swiss cheese evenly over one half of the omelet.
Fold the other half of the omelet over the filling and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the eggs are fully cooked.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve immediately.
