Crab and Shrimp Louis Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup crab meat cooked and chilled
- 1 cup shrimp cooked and chilled
- 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup cucumber sliced
Dressing
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce optional
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- to taste salt and pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce (if using), paprika, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
2. In a large bowl, combine crab meat, shrimp, romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
4. Serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for up to 1 hour before serving.
