Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Crab meat cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup Shrimp cooked and chopped
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoon Butter for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, shrimp, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, and chopped parsley. Mix well.
  2. Form the mixture into small patties.
  3. Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
