Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, shrimp, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, and chopped parsley. Mix well.
Form the mixture into small patties.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
