- 1 cup Crab Meat cooked and shredded
- ½ cup Red Bell Pepper finely chopped
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, red bell pepper, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
