Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Pasta any small shape
  • 200 g Crab meat cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber diced
  • ¼ cup Red onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh dill chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, crab meat, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  5. 5. Garnish with fresh dill and serve chilled.
