A delicious and savory quiche with crab and cheddar cheese.

- 1 cup Crab Meat cooked and flaked
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 3 Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Pie Crust pre-baked
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Stir in the crab meat and cheddar cheese.
Pour the mixture into the pre-baked pie crust.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
