Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz crab meat cooked and picked over for shells
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. 3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. 5. Add the crab meat to the sauce and cook until heated through, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. 6. Toss the cooked fettuccine with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately.
