  • 2 cups crumbled biscuits
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cornbread and biscuits.
  3. Add celery, onion, chicken broth, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Stir in beaten eggs until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and set.
