- 4 cups crumbled cornbread
- 2 cups crumbled biscuits
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine cornbread and biscuits.
Add celery, onion, chicken broth, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Stir in beaten eggs until fully incorporated.
Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and set.
