Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Crab meat cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 medium Onion diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. 3. Stir in the flour and cook for 2 minutes to form a roux.
  4. 4. Gradually whisk in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. 5. Add the corn kernels and cook for 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Stir in the heavy cream and crab meat. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
