Coney Island Hot Dogs Recipe

- 4 Hot dog buns
- 4 Hot dogs
- 1 cup Ground beef
- 1 cup Onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon Yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 cup Water
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a saucepan over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is browned and the onion is tender.
2. Stir in the tomato paste, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, and water. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Reduce heat to low and let the sauce simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. While the sauce is simmering, grill the hot dogs until they are heated through and have grill marks.
5. Place each hot dog in a bun and top with the meat sauce. Serve immediately.
