Cold Shrimp Salad Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- to taste salt and pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine shrimp, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the shrimp mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
