Ingredients

  • 6 cups Potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Celery, chopped
  • ½ cup Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Dill pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 Hard-boiled eggs, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, celery, onion, dill pickle relish, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Add the cooled potatoes and chopped eggs to the bowl. Mix gently until well combined.
  4. 4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
