Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup White wine
  • 2 cans Clams, with juice
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 1 lb Linguine
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • ¼ cup Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cook until fragrant.
  3. Pour in white wine, bring to a simmer.
  4. Add clams with their juice, simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, cook linguine according to package instructions.
  6. Drain pasta and add to the skillet, toss to coat.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, garnish with fresh parsley.
