A traditional New England clam bake, perfect for a summer gathering.

Main Ingredients
- 3 lbs Clams cleaned
- 2 lbs Mussels cleaned
- 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 4 ears Corn halved
- 1 lb Baby Potatoes
- 1 cup White Wine
- 1 cup Water
- 1 stick Butter melted
- 1 Lemon cut into wedges
1. In a large pot, add the white wine and water. Place a steamer basket in the pot.
2. Layer the potatoes, corn, clams, mussels, and shrimp in the steamer basket.
3. Cover the pot and bring to a boil. Steam for about 15-20 minutes, or until the clams and mussels have opened and the shrimp is cooked through.
4. Remove the seafood and vegetables with tongs and transfer to a large serving platter.
5. Drizzle the melted butter over the seafood and vegetables. Serve with lemon wedges.
