Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 8 pcs Tortillas
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 pc Lime, cut into wedges

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, cumin, paprika, and garlic powder. Toss to coat.
  2. 2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
  3. 3. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  4. 4. Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp on each tortilla, topping with chopped cilantro, a dollop of sour cream, and a squeeze of lime.
